Tasting Note:
This malt pours an intense, dark mahogany and delivers an even more intense nose of cracked leather, toasted black pepper, baked apple, and of course a load of smoky peat. On tasting the iodine dusted smoke is deftly tempered by generous flavors of sweet oak.
