Tasting Note:
Chewy cooked agave sweetness and smokiness from the roasting process, smells of Matatlan in a glass. Clearly a well-distilled Espadin, full mouthfeel, sweetness and smoke in balance, herbaceous with a lingering cooked agave finish. Consider pairing with tasajo or preferred steak cut.
