Apricot fruit leather, sumptuous honey, fresh-cut wheat, and candied almonds on the nose. Robust Sauternes cask notes of warm baked orchard fruit pie, caramel, golden raisins, and wildflower honey on the palate. Lovely finish of baklava and maple.
