Tasting Note:
Pouring wildly clear in the glass, near crystal clear soft shades of gold. Notably fruit-forward on the nose featuring guava, mango, freshly sliced pear and crushed honeycrisp apple which then descends into deeper tones of gunpowder and oolong teas, charred root vegetable with herbaceous accents. Incredible clean and smooth on the palate with a distinct botanical quality which persists into the finish.
