Pouring pale straw in the glass this sherry cask gin comes forth with pronounced notes of pine needle, douglas fir tips, and lemon oil. There is a refreshing minerality to the spirit with notes reminiscent of wet slate and crushed gravel followed by a toasty, nutty finish.
