Tasting Note:
A Miahuatlan Espadin through and through, delicate, slightly lactic, enchanting on the nose. Wild flowers, fresh cut agave, extremely balanced and warming at 50% abv. The finish is sweet, and lengthy with only suggestions of smoke from the underground cook.
