Tasting Note:
Curious aromas of plum, cherry blossom, pear, ginger, and remarkably, the Szechuan peppercorn. There is a delightful minerality to this baijiu with distinct highlights of summer rain, wet stone, and algae. Nicely fruit forward while maintaining a classic musky, spiciness which melds nicely with the fruit aspects of the baijiu.
