Dark and brooding in the glass, which hints at the Oloroso sherry casks this complex whisky has been aged in. On the nose, it’s rife with dark chocolate, espresso bean, red cherry, and cigar box, which all translate to the palate with a lifted acidity and loads of dried fruit.
