Tasting Note:
First aromatics out of the glass are white peppercorns, dried tangerine peel, and roasted quince. Medium-bodied, but showing much power, and more pepper and orange oil, this is a sold rye to mix into a Manhattan or Old-Fashioned, or enjoy on a big rock.
