Tasting Note:
This pours a strikingly deep mahogany and shows an equally intense bouquet of beach fire embers, smoked plum, dark chocolate, and toasted walnut. In the mouth the whisky is massive and chewy with intense oak and peat flavors battling toward a rich, round finish.
