Tasting Note:
An interesting nose, buttressed by wood smoke, but really showing spun sugar, toasted pecan, and black mission figs. The palate is light and bright, with more burnt sugar and notes, mingling with sweet baking spice. Great for stirred whisky cocktails or enjoy on its own.
