Tasting Note:
The aromatics are of toasted rice, sesame, and a hint of shoyu, but also fruit notes of lychee and candied apple. The palate is full-powered and complex, with flavors of honeydew and dried apricot with more serious overtones of dried woodear mushroom and fresh-hewn cedar.
