Tasting Note:
The nose is fruit-forward with ripe tropical notes of guava and mango with dried pineapple and notes of dried shitake mushrooms and old cedar chest. The palate is a bit more funky, with dried straw and grilled ribeye, with undercurrents of lychee and peach candy.
