Tasting Note:
A green pepper nose is vegetal with a note of smoke. This is a fresh mezcal, flavors of herbs persist and are accompanied by notes of grape candy, cinnamon and jalapenos. There is a strong balance that would make a good mezcalita without being overtly smokey.
