Tasting Note:
Confection-like aromas of milk chocolate, butterscotch, and candied apple pour from the glass. Despite the high proof, there is no distinguishable volatility and while rich and powerful on the palate, there is balance and harmony. Some water helps coax out spiced apple and fig flavors.
