For a powerful whisky, the nose is shy, expressing subtle worn leather, Manuka honey, quince paste, and grilled asparagus. The palate is far more bold, with baked apple pie, bonfire embers, buttery fig tart, and honey cake notes through the long, slowly tapering finish.
