Wood and grain notes effuse here displaying toasted sourdough, spiced molasses cookie, ginger spice, and Madagascar vanilla. Dry and bracing on the palate, there is more fruit present of baked pear, ripe black fig with accents of fresh-hewn cedar and orange oil.
