This Bourbon exudes milky caramel, allspice, nutmeg, and toasted pecans. Rich and full of chocolate-coated butterscotch, pink peppercorns, and roasted nuts, the finish is long with some heat. Some water tempers this intensity, coaxing out softer, creamier notes of ripe peach and buttered croissant.
