Quite candy-like on the nose with milk-chocolate, sweet ginger, and sugared walnuts, this whiskey is quite dry on the attack, but expresses chocolate-coated nougat, cinnamon, and buttery pecan pie. The finish is long and persistent, ending on a sweet date note.
