This wonderful malt shows a complex bouquet combining decadent flavors of dried cherry, orange cream frosting, and sweet barley cake with Islay’s fabled backbone of assertive peat smoke and bracing iodine. The palate is generous with warm barrel notes and a long, earthy finish.
