Tasting Note:
There’s a pleasingly classic nose of decadent vanilla bean, caramel corn, and candied apple on the nose of this whiskey. Flavors of tarte tatin, spiced pear cobbler, and dried apricot are apparent early on the palate, interwoven with hints of cocoa nib and star anise.
