Tasting Note:
Immediate aromas of fruits come forth, ripe banana, soursop and green apples. Umami hints hide amongst the brightness, almond paste and sesame. The palate is just as bright and complex. Flavors of pineapple tepache and white wine are met with a piney note and umami finish.
