Tasting Note:
A nose of a sweet port and balsamic vinegar reduction. Hints of olives and brine on the nose. The initial flavors have distinct notes of kettle corn, sweet caramel and butter. Seasonings of nougat, almond butter and toasted nutmeg nestle in the mid palate.
