This Espadin is brimming with earthiness, displaying notes of baked yams, overripe plantains, warm raisins, and just a hint of soy sauce on the nose. Clove, mace, and white pepper on the palate overlay notes of concentrated maple, sweet corn, and dried cherries. Delicious!
