There’s a vibrant, well-rounded nose of juniper, citrus zest, and honeysuckle on this gin. It’s pleasing on the palate with vibrant flavors of Meyer lemon, mint, and lemon thyme buttressed by black pepper notes and a soft underlying citrus sweetness. Soft and endlessly refreshing.
