This elder statesman of a Bourbon shows a complex bouquet of praline fudge, raspberry syrup, white chocolate, grilled corn cake, and toasted peach. When tasted the spirit erupts with its bevy of indulgent fruit and spice and then crescendos into a honey-toned finish.
