Tasting Note:
The Oloroso cask comes through on the nose with caramel, orange marmalade, almonds, and dried fig. In the mouth there is a lot of citrus up front, followed by toasted macadamia nut, tapioca, and caramel. The floral botanicals on the finish are dry and cleansing.
