Tasting Note:
Aromas of sweet raw dough bounce from the glass with hints of nutmeg and turbinado sugar. The initial flavor is beautifully grainy and honeyed, akin to a breakfast cereal. Toward the back of the palate comes more rugged flavors of leather and smoked wood.
