Tasting Note:
Aromas of cooked cherries, candies, orange peels and fresh mulled wine. Flavors are of raisins, cherry liquor, and bramble fruit preserves, plus slight hints of the wood it was matured in. There is slight smokeyness akin to glazed roasted meat.
