Tasting Note:
Pale in color, but bold everywhere else, this malt has fierce, bright notes of dried lime peel, pear skin, and ripe quince with the peat smoke showing new leather, bubblegum, and smoldering campfire elements. The palate is kissed with wildflower honey, finishing long and pleasant.
