Tasting Note:
Herbaceous aromas of fennel leaf and juniper meet spicy notes of anise and black pepper on the nose of this Japanese gin. An even more complex arrangement becomes apparent on the palate as caraway, lime zest, violet, and chamomile peak through at points through a lingering finish.
