The aroma is reminiscent of grilled corn and tamales. Corn husk is the dominant flavor of this liquor. Cinnamon and chocolate notes support the all around flavor. This corn liqueur's flavor is very specific to open fire cooked corn with a light smokeyness and caramelization.
