Tasting Note:
Exuberant oven-baked highland agave jumps out of the glass with notes of sun-ripened orchard fruits and cooling herbaceousness. The complexity on the nose gives way to honeyed notes of wildflowers, white pepper, and cinnamon bark on the palate with a finish that seemingly never ends.
