Tasting Note:
Immediate on the bouquet are slivered almonds and gingerbread fresh from the oven, full of baking spice like nutmeg, Ceylon bark, and Chinese five spice. Medium-bodied with slight pepper spice, there are notes of toasted deli rye and grated cinnamon through the finish.
