Tasting Note:
There are hints of clove and black pepper spice on the nose alongside baked orchard fruit and stewed malts. It’s smooth on the palate with flavors of maraschino cherry, peach cobbler, and fig galette. Soft cinnamon and allspice are subtly piquant on the long finish.
