A nose of cinnamon and peppercorn with sharp warming spices. Very peppery and warm on the palate, a flavor of cinnamon candy lingers. This is a very unique rum, while it has the caramel and molasses flavor one becomes accustomed to in most dark rums, Xaymaca is like the spice cabinet of rums.
