Tasting Note:
Aromas of dried apricots, fig tarte, and apple pie leap forth from the glass, enshrouded in wisps of vanilla. Spiced pears and tarte tatin come through on the mid-palate before anise, caramel, and leather towards the finish. A perfect autumnal aperitif.
