Tasting Note:
Despite the high proof, there are clean aromas of tangerine and clementine, cinnamon-spiced apple, and worn leather. A bit brutish on the palate, but with water, there is a cascade of wonderful flavors of creme brulee, plum preserves, apple butter, and more freshly grated cinnamon.
