Tasting Note:
Perfectly crystalline in appearance. Surprisingly light in its nose with only moderate fragrances of slightly damp sawdust and fruit candy. Initial palate leans towards peach juice and fresh grass. There is a sweet minerally flavor that is almost briny as well.
