Honey cake, pistachio cookie, and chocolate ganache are a few of the confection aromas wafting from the glass. More serious on the palate with grilled pear, roasted almonds, macerated figs, and Turkish date flavors, it tapers off to cask notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove.
